Arts North West is pleased to announce the successful recipients of the 2023 Country Arts Support Program (CASP) funding. The Country Arts Support Program (CASP) is an annual small grants program funded by Create NSW and managed by Regional Arts Development Organisations. These funds are granted to arts community groups, arts organisations and in the New England North West to support creative endeavours. Arts North West is thrilled to present the following individuals and organisations as the recipients of the CASP funding for 2023:
Joanne Stead, for her project 'The Mannequin Project'
Dorothea Mackellar Memorial Society Inc, for their initiative 'Writing for Children Workshops'
Hester Fraser (Goldheist) through Kingswood Collective Productions Pty Ltd, for the project 'The House of Jazz Collective'
Arts Gunnedah Inc, for their workshop 'Advanced Art & Ceramics Workshops'
Manilla Community Choir for their undertaking 'Manilla Community Choir - Performance Development for Local Community Events' with Isis Ashton
Black Gully Printmakers, for their initiative 'Letterpress Printing Skills #2'
Arts North West would like to congratulate the successful applicants and their respective communities and LGAs who will benefit from the outcomes of the CASP Grants.
