Arts North West, in collaboration with the Walcha Arts Advisory Committee and Walcha Council, has successfully completed a project to enhance Walcha’s renowned ‘Open Air Gallery’!
With over 58 incredible sculptures and artworks by local, national, and international artists, this outdoor exhibition has long been a highlight of cultural tourism in the New England North West. Thanks to funding from the FRRR Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal, plaques with artwork details and QR codes have now been installed to celebrate the artists behind the works and enrich the visitor experience.
