A full-day workshop which will allow museum professionals and volunteers to be more informed about disasters, their consequences and how best to deal with them. At the conclusion of this workshop participants will be equipped with the fundamentals of how to devise an effective disaster preparedness plan for their venues, tailored to the requirements of the collections in their care and the resources at their disposal.
